April is Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month, and we’re honored to celebrate it with our annual Dandelion Festival. This fundraiser reflects the heart of Trailhead Community Farm School and the incredible students we serve.
Dandelions are often seen as weeds—but at Trailhead, we know better. They are resilient, unique, and capable of thriving in places others might overlook. Much like individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), dandelions remind us that differences are not deficits—they are strengths that make our world richer and more beautiful.
The Dandelion Festival is a joyful celebration of neurodiversity, community, and acceptance. Funds raised directly support our therapeutic, experiential programming for neurodivergent middle and high school students, helping us continue to provide a learning environment where students are seen, valued, and supported for exactly who they are.
Join us as we celebrate the uniqueness, creativity, and wonderfulness of individuals with ASD—and help us grow a more inclusive, understanding community for all.
🌱 Together, we can help every student thrive.
